DJ Snuggles

2010.10.20: Brother Ali @ The Paramount Theatre, Seattle, WA

“I’ve always been a big dude and a lot of women like to Snuggle,” jokes James “DJ Snuggles” Logan. As a champion beatboxer first, then as a seasoned DJ, and emerging producer Snuggles has earned a lot of love in his short career.

His performance reputation is rivaled only by his personal reputation. He’s a stand up member of his community and one of the most exciting hip hop artists coming out the Midwest. DJ Snuggles has stunned crowds all over the world and has been acknowledged by his hometown legends Prince, Atmosphere, and even Nobel Peace Prize winner Archbishop Desmond Tutu. He has also shared stages with Ab-Soul, Doug E Fresh, Cee Lo Green and many more. Snuggles has been a tour DJ throughout Europe and at Rock The Bells backing up Brother Ali.

The release of DJ Snuggles most recent project “That Beat Volume 2” displays his versatility as a verbal percussionist and a producer. Look out for the next two installments of the “That Beat” series and if you see the trademark Snug G The Bear at your next party know you are in for a good night.

Look out for the full length album “35W South” coming in 2015.
